Our Engineers own rich experience in Part assembly/ machine/ JIG design&manufacture, they are familiar with CNC machining/ CNC lathe turning/ Welding/ Stamping/ bending process. The design engineers mastered AutoCAD/ UG/ SolidWorks, have finished many satisfied 2D-drawings and 3D-drawings projects.

Stable quality always based on stable precision control
Normally for turning metal parts, a dimensional accuracy of +/-0.01 mm can be achieved with our Lathe machine, for small turning parts, even can reach precision +/- 0.01 mm;
For CNC milling parts, a dimensional accuracy of +/-0.02 mm can be achieved with our high precision CNC machine;
For Pressing/Sheet metal parts, a dimensional accuracy of +/-0.5 mm can be achieved with our Pressing/Bending machine;
The accuracy of the final product can be improved with the whole development process.
With many years of continuous work in this field, also for laser cutting & laser etching & plated process & anodized process, we can do them for our customer in a stable quality even at mass order, we arranged many small or mass orders so we can do well in many complex and high precision parts.

In order to better serve our main customers, we have our factories and warehouse in Shenzhen, and open a new CNC lathe shop in Dongguan so can reduce the Transit time of surface&heat treatment. As we known, Shenzhen city have a Airport which is very convenient for air shipping. Dongguan city, as a famous mould capital, is much easy to find the partner to finish the surface&heat treatment.
